Our Story

cookeddaily wasn’t born in a boardroom; it started in a small kitchen among five friends, gathered around a table, sharing a meal. We were all passionate about food but shared a common frustration with the “healthy living” industry. We were tired of blogs that featured complicated, expensive ingredients, or ‘healthy’ recipes that were bland, boring, and left us unsatisfied.

We kept asking the same question: “Why is it so hard to find recipes that are both genuinely healthy and truly delicious?”

We knew there had to be a better way. So, we decided to build it ourselves. We united our unique skills—a professional chef, a certified nutritionist, a food photographer, a tech wizard, and a community builder—to create the one resource we all wished existed.
