1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar


Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and pat dry. Trim the ends and slice each sprout in half lengthwise
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine halved sprouts with avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and maple syrup if using. Ensure each leaf is coated
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C)
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, keeping them in a single layer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket at the 7-minute mark
  5. Check for desired crispiness. If needed, cook for another 2-3 minutes
  6. Remove from the basket, drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, and serve hot

Notes

Use loose leaves that fall off during trimming for extra crispy 'sprout chips'.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer to maintain crispiness.
