2 tablespoons Arrowroot Powder


Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower head and pat it completely dry. Cut the head into medium-sized florets, ensuring uniform sizes
  2. Toss the florets with avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt. Sprinkle arrowroot powder over the cauliflower and toss agai
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  4. Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until charred and golden-brow
  5. Whisk together the buffalo hot sauce and maple syrup in a small bowl. In the final 2 minutes, brush or toss the cooked florets with sauce
  6. Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to set the sauce
