Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast (cubed)
2 cups Broccoli Florets
2 large Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
1 medium Zucchini (sliced)
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Start by patting your chicken breasts dry and cutting them into uniform 1-inch cubes
- Chop the broccoli, peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with Avocado Oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C)
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through
- Check that the chicken has reached 165°F and that the vegetables are tender-crisp with slightly charred edges
