2 large Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel
  2. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and coat evenly
  4. Sprinkle spice blend on both sides of the chicken and press into the meat
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
  6. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket
  7. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for another 7 to 10 minutes
  8. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C)
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
