Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicke
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined
- Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a round patty about 1/2-inch thick
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray the tops with avocado oil
- Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
- Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving
