Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined
  2. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a round patty about 1/2-inch thick
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
  4. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray the tops with avocado oil
  5. Air fry the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  6. Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving
