Description

Ingredients

1 lb Organic Chicken Breasts
1 cup Almond Flour
2 Pasture-Raised Eggs
Avocado Oil Spray
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice the organic chicken breasts into even strips and pat dry
  2. In one bowl, whisk the pasture-raised eggs. In a second bowl, combine the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash and then coat with the flour mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  5. Arrange the chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer and mist with avocado oil spray
  6. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, then flip, spray the other side, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
  7. Allow the chicken tenders to rest for two minutes before serving

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best texture.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked perfectly.
