Ingredients
1 lb Organic Chicken Breasts
1 cup Almond Flour
2 Pasture-Raised Eggs
Avocado Oil Spray
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the organic chicken breasts into even strips and pat dry
- In one bowl, whisk the pasture-raised eggs. In a second bowl, combine the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash and then coat with the flour mixture, pressing to ensure it sticks
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Arrange the chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer and mist with avocado oil spray
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, then flip, spray the other side, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit
- Allow the chicken tenders to rest for two minutes before serving
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best texture.
