Ingredients
4 fillets Cod
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Sea Salt to taste
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the cod fillets completely dry with paper towels
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Olive Oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper
- Brush the seasoned oil mixture generously over all sides of the fish
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes
- Place the seasoned cod fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook the fish for 10 to 12 minutes until done, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F
- Let the fish rest for 2 minutes before serving
