Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tablespoon Dried Dill
1 tablespoon Dried Chives
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 large Egg
Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and cut into uniform 1-inch pieces
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the almond flour, dried dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
- In a separate small bowl, whisk the egg until smooth. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash and roll in the ranch flour mixture until fully coated
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Place the chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray the tops with avocado oil
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through and spraying again for even browning
- Once the internal temperature reaches 165°F, remove them from the basket and let rest for 2 minutes before serving
