Description

Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This recipe uses fresh ingredients and is a healthy alternative to traditional roasted potatoes.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs Yukon Gold or Red Baby Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary or Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry
  2. Cut the potatoes into even 1-inch chunks
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes
  4. In a bowl, toss the potato chunks with avocado oil until well-coated
  5. Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and dried herbs in a small bowl and sprinkle over the potatoes. Toss agai
  6. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  7. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking
  8. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy
  9. Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley and additional sea salt if desired

Notes

You can soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch for an even crispier result.

Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure proper air circulation for crispiness.
