2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Fresh Lemon Slices for garnish
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Start by taking your salmon out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking and pat them dry with a paper towel
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper
  4. Generously coat each salmon fillet with the seasoning mixture
  5. Place the coated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  6. Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 8 to 12 minutes, checking for doneness at the 8-minute mark
  7. Let the fillets rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then garnish with fresh lemon juice and parsley before serving

Notes

Avoid overcooking the salmon as it continues to cook after being removed from the air fryer.

Use a non-stick basket or parchment paper in the air fryer to prevent sticking.
