Ingredients
4 (6-ounce) Fresh Salmon Fillets
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Fresh Lemon Slices for garnish
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Start by taking your salmon out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking and pat them dry with a paper towel
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado oil, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper
- Generously coat each salmon fillet with the seasoning mixture
- Place the coated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 8 to 12 minutes, checking for doneness at the 8-minute mark
- Let the fillets rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then garnish with fresh lemon juice and parsley before serving

Avoid overcooking the salmon as it continues to cook after being removed from the air fryer.
