1.5 pounds Chicken Breast or Thighs
1/4 cup Arrowroot Powder
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt
1 to 2 tablespoons Freshly Cracked Black Peppercorns
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Sliced Spring Onions (scallions)

Instructions
- Pat the chicken pieces completely dry with a paper towel
- In a large glass bowl, whisk together arrowroot powder, garlic powder, and half of the salt and pepper
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until evenly coated
- Drizzle avocado oil over the chicken and toss agai
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through
- While cooking, lightly sear sliced chilies and scallions in a small pan with avocado oil for about 2 minutes
- After chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and add sautéed aromatics and remaining salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve immediately
