Description

These Air Fryer Steak Bites deliver a restaurant-quality experience with a perfectly charred exterior and tender, buttery interior. They are quick to prepare, health-conscious, and versatile, making them ideal for a high-protein, flavor-packed dinner.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak or Ribeye
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 tsp Raw Honey (Optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut it into uniform 1-inch cubes
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine steak cubes with avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and honey if using. Toss to coat
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  4. Place the seasoned meat in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  5. Cook the steak bites for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking
  6. Check for doneness (130-135°F for medium-rare), then let them rest for 3 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley

Notes
