Ingredients
1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak or Ribeye
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 tsp Raw Honey (Optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut it into uniform 1-inch cubes
- In a large mixing bowl, combine steak cubes with avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and honey if using. Toss to coat
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Place the seasoned meat in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Cook the steak bites for 4 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking
- Check for doneness (130-135°F for medium-rare), then let them rest for 3 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley
