Description

Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are a gourmet savory snack featuring a delicious filling of cream cheese, Parmesan, and fresh herbs, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a golden-brown crust while keeping the mushrooms juicy.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound Cremini Mushrooms
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
23 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Almond Flour
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and gently remove the stems
  2. Sauté minced mushroom stems and garlic in olive oil for 3-4 minutes until fragrant
  3. Mix sautéed stems, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl
  4. Fill mushroom caps with the filling and coat the tops with almond flour
  5. Arrange in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes
  6. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve hot

Notes

Ensure mushrooms are firm and without soft spots for best results.

Do not soak mushrooms in water; gently clean them instead.
