Ingredients

1 medium Frozen Banana
2 tablespoons Creamy Almond Butter
1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds or Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup (Optional)
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamo
1/2 cup Ice Cubes


Instructions

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender first
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks and ice cubes to the liquid
  3. Add the almond butter, ground flaxseeds, and Ceylon cinnamo
  4. Drizzle in pure maple syrup if desired
  5. Blend on low speed and gradually increase to high for 45 to 60 seconds
  6. Adjust consistency with more almond milk or ice as needed
  7. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately
