2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 large Fresh Lime, zested and juiced
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced finely
2 medium Hass Avocados, diced into 1/2 inch cubes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

- Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes or until opaque and flakes easily with a fork
- While the salmon bakes, combine diced avocados, red onion, jalapeño, remaining garlic, remaining cilantro, and rest of the lime juice in a medium bowl and season with a pinch of sea salt
- Let the salmon rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving with a generous spoonful of avocado salsa on top
Notes
Use wild-caught salmon for superior flavor.
