1 lb Fresh Green Beans
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash and dry the green beans thoroughly, trimming the ends
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Drizzle the beans with olive oil and toss to coat
- Sprinkle the flour mixture over the beans and toss again until evenly coated
- Spread the beans in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through
- Remove from the oven once golden brown and tender-crisp
Notes
For vegan, replace Parmesan with Nutritional Yeast.
For nut-free, use Chickpea Flour or Gluten-Free Oat Flour.
