1/3 Cup Raw Honey
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Fresh Rosemary or Thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper
