1.5 lbs Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Large Eggs
2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Pat the pork chop cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried Italian herbs, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with almond milk until combined
  5. Dip each pork nugget into the egg wash, then coat in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere
  6. Place the coated nuggets on the baking sheet or a wire rack
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C)
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces
