Description

BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps combine warm, savory chicken with cold, crunchy slaw, creating a nutrient-dense, flavorful meal perfect for any occasion.

1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Homemade BBQ Sauce (Honey-based)
4 cups Shredded Purple and Green Cabbage
1 cup Grated Carrots
1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
68 count Whole Grain Tortillas or Large Lettuce Leaves
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with sea salt and black pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest, then shred
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl
  3. In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. Whisk mayo, vinegar, honey, and salt in a jar. Toss the dressing with the cabbage mixture
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side
  5. Assemble by placing BBQ chicken and coleslaw in the center of a tortilla, then roll tightly
  6. Enjoy while warm
