Ingredients

2 cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream
1 tbsp Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
Pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Pour nut milk into the blender carafe first
  2. Add Greek yogurt or coconut cream along with the natural sweetener and lemon zest
  3. Introduce frozen wild blueberries and frozen banana chunks
  4. Add a pinch of sea salt and start blending on low, then increase to high
  5. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until homogenous. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if necessary before serving

Notes

Chill your serving glass in the freezer for ten minutes before pouring.
