Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream
1 tbsp Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Pour nut milk into the blender carafe first
- Add Greek yogurt or coconut cream along with the natural sweetener and lemon zest
- Introduce frozen wild blueberries and frozen banana chunks
- Add a pinch of sea salt and start blending on low, then increase to high
- Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until homogenous. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if necessary before serving
