Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry
- Trim the white base and the leafy tops, then cut the stalks into 3-4 inch pieces
- Generously scoop peanut butter into the hollow of each celery piece
- Sprinkle hemp seeds or chia seeds and sea salt flakes over the peanut butter
