Ingredients
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
2 heads Romaine Lettuce
4 to 6 Large Wraps
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Honey
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breast strips dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a skillet with avocado oil until golden brow
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and honey to create the dressing
- Combine chopped romaine and parmesan in a bowl, add three-quarters of the dressing, and toss well
- Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, and assemble the wraps with a portion of the salad and chicken. Drizzle with remaining dressing
- Roll the wrap tightly and toast in the skillet if desired
