Ingredients
1.5 lbs Organic Chicken Breast
8 cups Chicken Bone Broth
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Large Carrots (sliced)
3 Stalks Celery (sliced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (diced)
4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
8 ounces Whole Grain Noodles
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery in Extra Virgin Olive Oil for about 6 to 8 minutes until onions are translucent
- Add minced garlic and cook for 60 seconds. Season with sea salt and black pepper
- Pour in Chicken Bone Broth and add the raw chicken breasts. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F. Remove chicken and let it rest
- Add whole grain noodles to the broth and cook according to package directions
- Shred the rested chicken and return it to the pot with fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning and serve
