Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats
  2. Slice the apples into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife, ensuring uniform thickness
  3. Remove any loose seeds from the apple slices
  4. Toss the apple slices in a large bowl with cinnamon and sweetener, making sure each slice is evenly coated
  5. Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer without overlapping
  6. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, flipping each slice halfway through, until the apples are dry and slightly curled at the edges
  7. Let the chips cool for at least 15 minutes to allow them to crisp up

Notes

Store the cooled chips in an airtight container to maintain crispness for up to a week.

For re-crisping, place soft chips back in the oven at 200°F for 5-10 minutes.
