Ingredients
3–4 Large Fresh Apples
1–2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamo
1 Teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener (Optional)
One Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats
- Slice the apples into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife, ensuring uniform thickness
- Remove any loose seeds from the apple slices
- Toss the apple slices in a large bowl with cinnamon and sweetener, making sure each slice is evenly coated
- Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer without overlapping
- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, flipping each slice halfway through, until the apples are dry and slightly curled at the edges
- Let the chips cool for at least 15 minutes to allow them to crisp up
Notes
Store the cooled chips in an airtight container to maintain crispness for up to a week.
For re-crisping, place soft chips back in the oven at 200°F for 5-10 minutes.
