A refreshing Clean Eating Green Detox Smoothie made with spinach, green apple, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds. This nutrient-dense drink is designed to boost metabolic health and provide natural energy.


Ingredients

2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
1 medium Green Apple
1/2 cup English Cucumber
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 cup Filtered Water or Coconut Water


Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach, apple, and cucumber thoroughly
  2. Chop the apple and cucumber into small chunks, leaving the skin o
  3. Peel the ginger using the edge of a spoo
  4. Pour your filtered water or coconut water into the blender base
  5. Place the spinach on top of the liquid
  6. Add apple chunks, cucumber, ginger, and chia seeds
  7. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the ingredients
  8. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until uniform and vibrant gree
  9. Taste and adjust; add ice cubes if desired
