1 medium Green Apple
1/2 cup English Cucumber
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 cup Filtered Water or Coconut Water
Instructions
- Wash the spinach, apple, and cucumber thoroughly
- Chop the apple and cucumber into small chunks, leaving the skin o
- Peel the ginger using the edge of a spoo
- Pour your filtered water or coconut water into the blender base
- Place the spinach on top of the liquid
- Add apple chunks, cucumber, ginger, and chia seeds
- Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the ingredients
- Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until uniform and vibrant gree
- Taste and adjust; add ice cubes if desired
