Ingredients
1 Large Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Cold Brew or Espresso
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup (Optional)
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs
A Tiny Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Pour the chilled coffee and the almond milk into the blender first
- Add the sliced frozen banana on top of the liquid
- Incorporate the almond butter, cinnamon, sea salt, and your choice of sweetener
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45 to 60 seconds
