Ingredients
1 cup Full-Fat Cottage Cheese
2 large Pasture-Raised Eggs
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Garlic Powder
A pinch Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Avocado Oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, brushing it lightly with avocado oil
- Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and spices in a high-speed blender until smooth and aerated
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into thin, even shapes
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the center is firm
- Let cool for 10 minutes before peeling the wraps off the parchment

Store wraps in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, placing parchment paper between each wrap.
