Description

1 cup Almond Flour or Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 Eggs
Avocado Oil Spray
1 teaspoon Honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and cut into uniform 1-inch pieces
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs with water and honey. In another bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing firmly
  4. Arrange nuggets in a single layer in an air fryer or on a wire rack over a baking sheet
  5. Mist with Avocado Oil and cook in air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or bake at 425°F for 15-18 minutes until cooked through
  6. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving
