2 large Chicken Breasts
1 cup Almond Flour or Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 Eggs
Avocado Oil Spray
1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and cut into uniform 1-inch pieces
- In one bowl, whisk eggs with water and honey. In another bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing firmly
- Arrange nuggets in a single layer in an air fryer or on a wire rack over a baking sheet
- Mist with Avocado Oil and cook in air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or bake at 425°F for 15-18 minutes until cooked through
- Let sit for 2 minutes before serving
