Instructions
- Slice the organic chicken breasts into even strips
- Whisk the pasture-raised eggs in one shallow bowl
- Combine almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper in a second bowl
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash, then dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing firmly
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with avocado oil
- Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the fryer basket
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving
