Description

Instructions

  1. Slice the organic chicken breasts into even strips
  2. Whisk the pasture-raised eggs in one shallow bowl
  3. Combine almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper in a second bowl
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash, then dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing firmly
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with avocado oil
  6. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the fryer basket
  7. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
  8. Let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving
