Description

Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken transforms humble chicken breasts into a succulent, fork-tender masterpiece bathed in a velvety, herb-forward sauce using fresh herbs and high-quality fats.


Ingredients

2 lbs Organic Chicken Breasts
1 cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt or Cashew Cream
8 oz Grass-Fed Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Dried Dill Weed
1 tbsp Dried Chives
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
Sea Salt & Black Pepper To taste
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat Avocado Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear the chicken for 3 minutes per side until golde
  2. Place the seared chicken in the crockpot. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, dill, chives, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth
  3. Pour the creamy herb mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's fully covered
  4. Cover and slow cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir it into the sauce
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary, then fold in the fresh parsley before serving

Notes

Searing the chicken adds foundational flavor.

Use room-temperature cream cheese for better emulsification.

Check chicken internal temperature does not exceed 165°F.
