Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken Breasts or Thighs
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
68 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Chicken Bone Broth
1 tbsp Honey (optional)
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs
  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, broth, and honey in a bowl
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker and pour the marinade over it
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
  5. Once cooked, shred or slice chicken and serve

Notes

For a thicker sauce, reduce the cooking liquid in a saucepan after cooking.
