1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast


Instructions

  1. Press the Tofu: Wrap the tofu in a towel and press for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture
  2. Cube the Tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes
  3. The Flavor Infusion: Toss the cubes with tamari and avocado oil until coated
  4. The Coating: Whisk arrowroot starch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast, then coat the tofu
  5. The Air Frying Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook tofu for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway
  6. The Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake tofu for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway
