  2. Arrange the slices on paper towels, sprinkle lightly with sea salt, and let sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out moisture
  3. Blot the zucchini slices with fresh paper towels to remove excess moisture
  4. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
  5. In a large bowl, drizzle zucchini slices with olive oil and toss to coat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper, and toss until evenly coated
  6. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheets without overlapping
