3 large Overripe Bananas
2.5 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamo
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Mash the peeled bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the banana mash and whisk until uniform
- Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and sea salt, stirring until fully coated
