Ingredients
2 cups Organic Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk (Canned)
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup or Monk Fruit Juice
1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the organic raspberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and sea salt. Blend until completely smooth
- Strain the Seeds (Optional): Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the raspberry seeds for a smoother texture
- Fill the Container: Pour the blended liquid into your Ninja Creami pint container, not exceeding the 'max fill' line
- Freeze: Place the lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours
- Process: Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Select the 'Sorbet' or 'Lite Ice Cream' functio
- Re-Spin if Necessary: Add one tablespoon of dairy-free milk and hit 'Re-Spin' if the texture is crumbly
Notes
For a creamier texture, take the pint out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before processing.
Store leftovers in the freezer with a tight-fitting lid to prevent freezer burn.
