Description

This Energy Avocado Shake is a velvety and rich drink made with ripe avocado, fresh spinach, and almond milk, offering a luxurious experience that fuels the body with natural energy and vibrant nutrition.


Ingredients

1 medium Ripe Avocado
1 handful Fresh Spinach
1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
12 tablespoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds (Optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into your high-speed blender
  2. Add a handful of fresh spinach to the blender
  3. Pour in the cold almond milk and add the vanilla extract
  4. Drizzle in your raw honey or maple syrup
  5. Add the ice cubes to the mixture
  6. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45-60 seconds until smooth
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, then blend briefly agai
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds if desired

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for the best texture.

Store leftover shake in an airtight glass jar with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
