1 cup Frozen Mango or Pineapple
1 packed cup Baby Spinach
1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the fresh ginger root using the edge of a spoon and thinly slice it
  2. Place the almond milk or coconut water into your high-speed blender
