Description

The Glow Avocado Shot combines the buttery richness of ripe avocado with a zesty citrus kick, providing a refreshing and energizing beverage that's perfect for your skin and palate.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 medium Ripe Avocado
1/4 cup Coconut Water
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1/2 inch knob Fresh Ginger
small handful Fresh Baby Spinach


Instructions

  1. Slice your ripe avocado in half and scoop the flesh into a high-speed blender
  2. Pour in the chilled coconut water and freshly squeezed lime juice
  3. Add the ginger knob and drizzle your honey or maple syrup over the avocado
  4. Add the fresh baby spinach if using
  5. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth
  6. Pour into small glass vials or shot glasses and serve immediately

Notes

For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat or a scoop of collagen peptides to boost protein content.
