Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 scoop Collagen Peptides or Plant-Based Protein Powder
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1–2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Honey, or Monk Fruit (to taste)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Ice Cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your blender and add the unsweetened almond milk
- Layer the raw cacao powder, collagen peptides or protein powder, chia seeds, and sweetener on top of the almond milk
- Add the avocado and a pinch of sea salt
- If desired, add ice cubes for extra thickness
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, for 60-90 seconds until smooth
- Check the consistency and taste, adjusting with more almond milk or sweetener if needed
- Serve immediately
