Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 scoop Collagen Peptides or Plant-Based Protein Powder
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
12 tbsp Maple Syrup, Honey, or Monk Fruit (to taste)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Ice Cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare your blender and add the unsweetened almond milk
  2. Layer the raw cacao powder, collagen peptides or protein powder, chia seeds, and sweetener on top of the almond milk
  3. Add the avocado and a pinch of sea salt
  4. If desired, add ice cubes for extra thickness
  5. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, for 60-90 seconds until smooth
  6. Check the consistency and taste, adjusting with more almond milk or sweetener if needed
  7. Serve immediately

Notes
