1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest


Instructions

  3. Marinate chicken in the herb mixture for at least 15 minutes

  5. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
  6. Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
