Ingredients
1 lb Short Grain Pasta
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 large English Cucumber, diced
1/2 medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
6 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled or cubed
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Raw Honey

Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water
