1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Paste or Cinnamo
1 tsp Melted Coconut Oil (for granola)


Instructions

  1. In a medium glass bowl, whisk Greek yogurt with vanilla bean paste and honey until aerated and thick
  2. Toast raw nuts in a small pan with coconut oil and cinnamon over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until golden brow
  3. Slice strawberries and toss them with lemon juice to macerate them for extra juiciness
