Ingredients

2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Honey (optional)
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, scoop out two cups of plain Greek yogurt and ensure it is stirred
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and chopped fresh dill to the yogurt and blend thoroughly
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and add honey if using, stirring well
- Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top and garnish with fresh dill before presenting
Notes
Strain yogurt if too runny.
