2 large Ripe California Avocados
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Monk Fruit
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Fresh Basil and Parsley, chopped
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small glass bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and honey
- Marinate the Protein: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour two-thirds of the marinade over them. Let sit for at least 20 minutes
