2 cups Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks
1.5 cups Fresh Strawberries (hulled)
2–3 tablespoons Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Peel and dice fresh mango into small cubes
- Blend the mango chunks with half of the sweetener until smooth, adding water if necessary
- Blend the strawberries and remaining sweetener until liquid
- Alternate pouring mango and strawberry purees into popsicle molds, gently swirling together
- Insert popsicle sticks, place molds in the freezer, and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours
Notes
For a creamy texture, add a splash of coconut milk to the fruit mixture.
Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
