Description

Healthy 3-Ingredient Strawberry Mango Popsicles are a refreshing treat made with whole foods, providing a creamy texture and vibrant flavor without refined sugars.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Fresh or Frozen Mango Chunks
1.5 cups Fresh Strawberries (hulled)
23 tablespoons Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup


Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Peel and dice fresh mango into small cubes
  2. Blend the mango chunks with half of the sweetener until smooth, adding water if necessary
  3. Blend the strawberries and remaining sweetener until liquid
  4. Alternate pouring mango and strawberry purees into popsicle molds, gently swirling together
  5. Insert popsicle sticks, place molds in the freezer, and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours

Notes

For a creamy texture, add a splash of coconut milk to the fruit mixture.

Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
