Ingredients

2 fillets 6oz Salmo
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
Salt and Black Pepper To Taste
Lemon Wedges for Serving


Instructions

  1. Remove salmon fillets from the refrigerator and pat them dry with a paper towel
  2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the salmon with avocado oil, then rub the spice mixture on the fish
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  4. Place seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer without touching
  5. Air fry salmon for 7 to 10 minutes depending on thickness, aiming for medium-doneness
  6. Remove from basket and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with lemon juice
