Description

These Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles deliver a creamy, rich texture that mimics high-calorie ice cream but uses only wholesome ingredients. They are perfect for a quick breakfast or a guilt-free evening snack, providing a balance of protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale

3 Large Overripe Bananas
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the overripe bananas and break them into chunks. Place the banana pieces into a high-speed blender
  2. Pour in the Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt
  3. Process the mixture on high speed for about 45 to 60 seconds until smooth
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a quarter-inch space at the top
  5. Place the lids on the molds and insert the sticks
  6. Freeze the molds in the coldest part of your freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, ideally overnight
  7. Once frozen, run the outside of the mold under warm water for 10 seconds to loosen the popsicles and gently pull the stick to release

Notes

You can substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter for nut allergies.

For a vegan version, replace Greek yogurt with full-fat coconut milk.
