Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Medium Ripe Avocado
1 to 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 handful Fresh Spinach
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Pour almond milk into the blender
- Add the flesh of half a ripe avocado, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice
- Add spinach and chia seeds
- Add frozen blueberries
- Blend until smooth and silky
- Taste and adjust the consistency or sweetness if needed, then serve immediately
Notes
Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
Frozen blueberries result in a thicker smoothie. If using fresh, add ice cubes.
