A creamy and refreshing Healthy Blueberry Avocado Smoothie packed with nutrients and flavor, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Medium Ripe Avocado
1 to 1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 handful Fresh Spinach
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk into the blender
  2. Add the flesh of half a ripe avocado, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice
  3. Add spinach and chia seeds
  4. Add frozen blueberries
  5. Blend until smooth and silky
  6. Taste and adjust the consistency or sweetness if needed, then serve immediately

Notes

Use ripe avocados for the best texture.

Frozen blueberries result in a thicker smoothie. If using fresh, add ice cubes.
