Ingredients
1.5 teaspoons Ceremonial Grade Matcha
1 medium Frozen Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 inch knob Fresh Ginger
1 large handful Spinach (Fresh)
1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder through a fine-mesh strainer into a small bowl to prevent clumps
- Pour unsweetened almond milk into the blender first
- Add fresh spinach and finely grated ginger, pulse for 10 seconds
- Incorporate frozen banana pieces and hemp seeds, add honey if using
- Add sifted matcha powder on top and blend on low, gradually increasing speed for 45 to 60 seconds
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as necessary before serving
