1 medium Frozen Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 inch knob Fresh Ginger

Instructions

  1. Sift the matcha powder through a fine-mesh strainer into a small bowl to prevent clumps
  2. Pour unsweetened almond milk into the blender first
  3. Add fresh spinach and finely grated ginger, pulse for 10 seconds
  4. Incorporate frozen banana pieces and hemp seeds, add honey if using
  5. Add sifted matcha powder on top and blend on low, gradually increasing speed for 45 to 60 seconds
